Expected delivery time is 1-5 working days within Greece and 4-12 working days to other parts of the world.
Some few carpets (usually from the category Designers) are not always in stock and they come to us after your order, although we will try to keep the normal delivery times.
Payment by card
MBI handled payments securely by credit card in cooperation with PAY PAL. The payment card is a perfectly secure method of payment for our customers. The sales company will never have knowledge of the information on the card or account. This information’s is given by you over an encrypted connection to your bank over the secure transaction of PAYPAL.
If you do not wish to use a credit card, you can transfer the money directly into our bank account. You must pay the full amount within 5 days or your order will be cancelled. Always give the name and your order number when paying-deposit. We will ship your carpets immediately upon receipt of your payment.
When you make an order, as a customer, we will store your personal information. In this case you agree that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and offer you the best service possible.
MBI will not reveal any personal information about you to third parties.
Of course, all products you buy from us are accompanied by a warranty. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of receipt of the product.
If a customer wants to use the warranty to repair any damage and found that the damage is a result of mishandling by the customer, the customer will pay the cost of any repair. Our dedicated staff will determine the cause of the initial damage. The customer will pay all shipping costs if it is repaired using the warranty. It is allways better before any sending to contact our company.
20 days to cancel the purchase / customer satisfaction guarantee
As an retail customer, you have 20 days to approve your purchase. You can return your rug within 20 days and get your money back -except in cases where the carpet was custom order and import for you- then you can only exchange it with other carpets, always will clearly mention these cases in product description.
Where was a special custom-made order unfortunately there is neither a refund nor a change possible (eg Leather carpets specific custom dimensions).
The carpet must be intact and must be not used. You must pack the carpet in the same way in which you received it. Read more on the subsequent refund. The customer pays the shipping cost for any return. Of course you can ask us for help with the organisation of the return.
The provision of 20 days for product approval is valid only for orders within the EU
because of taxes reasons.
Providing 20 days to approve the purchase does not apply to businesses.
When returning a carpet, you must contact us to get a return note. It is your responsibility to ensure that your carpet will be returned intact. Make sure that your carpet is well packaged. The refund will be completed once we have received and examined the returned goods. When a return is completed, the refund will be made to the card used for purchase.
If we receive the returned goods without the appropriate notice of the return shipping, we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer at his own expense.
Error on delivery
If there is a problem with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong carpet, carpet is damaged or you get a unexpected numbers of carpets please contact the customer service department immediately. The error must be reported no later than two days after they have received the goods. Any late reports will not be considered.

Upon receipt of the goods inspect the packaging for damage and report directly to the shipping company
Availability of products
we make every effort to continuously update the e-shop, however there is a slight chance that the item you selected has just exhausted, in this case we will inform you very soon and will be cancel automatically any charge of your credit card.
The process is very simple and does not even require a user account creation.

If you choose to pay by credit card you will go to a safe location in English language where left represent your personal information. (If you are already or wish to join to PAY PAL (not required) go to the right side).
You will see again your purchase for final confirmation.
Lowest price guarantee
In standard construction products (eg collection of Brink&Campman) that it is possible to compare actual prices in the same quality meant that we guarantee the lowest price on the market. The guarantee will then clearly stated in the product description. Tell us within 10 days of your order if you find a lower price for the same carpet in a other web shop in Greece and we will reduce our price 10% below the price you indicated. (Process control and refund will be made within 15 days).
