Modern carpets Gabbeh
Gabbeh rugs used to be knitted for saddles and saddles, but they were quickly discovered by the West as something very modern. Especially in the five years 1995-2000, the response was tremendous. Despite the decline in demand, it always remains an ethnic-modern rug.
Most Gabbehs are knotted by Ghashghai nomads living in southwestern Iran, also made in India but in inferior qualities.
Gabbeh carpets are high strength and their colors are vegetable.
They are known for their simplistic designs influenced by the monotonous desert landscape, the pile is usually thick and depending on the quality of the wool and the density it can fluff, we suggest you choose as thin as possible but heavy carpets without empty space between the fibers.
